Noise Control Engineering Pty. Ltd. provides solutions to industrial noise problems of many types. We can fit noisy equipment with acoustic enclosures or provide sound-proof air-conditioned rooms to shield staff from surrounding noise levels. Your investment in reduced noise levels will benefit your business by bringing improving productivity and enabling your enterprise to meet statutory environmental noise standards.

Our proven approach involves:

  • A personalised inspection and site evaluation
  • Taking noise readings with our high-tech noise level meter
  • Preparing a detailed quotation
  • After you place an order, we will prepare technical drawings for your approval and manufacture the required equipment. Doing it all ourselves, we are able to take full responsibility for completing projects to our clients' total satisfaction within agreed time limits.

Applications

Our company can manufacture enclosures for all types of machinery including:

  • Generator sets, whether radiator or air cooled, from small to very large sets in excess of 1000kVA
  • Centrifugal and axial fans and Rootes-type blowers
  • Compressors - for air, refrigerants etc.
  • Plastic waste granulators
  • Sorting machines
  • Material processing machines
  • Sheet steel presses
  • Nail making machines
  • And many more ...

Installation

Most of our acoustic enclosures are completed at our factory and are ready to go directly into service. For example so-called 'drop over' type units may only need to be lowered over the machine. On the other hand, site work may be necessary when the enclosure is large and cannot be transported in one piece or when it needs to be mounted in restricted spaces. Then we supply the enclosure in panel form with over-centre catches and assemble it on site.

Service

We take pride in our skill and experience. To ensure your requirements for design and quality construction are achieved, we keep you informed at all stages of manufacture.
